You can choose between our single house with a pool, in a quiet residential area just 15 minutes on foot from the centre of Taormina, or one of our four apartments for 4 or 6 people, just a few meters from the sea in Recanati (Giardini Naxos), about 15 minutes by car from Taormina.

Gaia A1
The Gaia flat can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two small children. It has a double bedroom overlooking the terrace with sea views, a small living-dining room with sofa-bed, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The highlight of the flat is the terrace with sea views and a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Oikos Taormina
A 200 sqm flat with a swimming pool in Taormina with a large terrace overlooking the sea and access to the garden and swimming pool (shared with our family). The house can accommodate up to 6 people, has two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms, a large living room with TV corner (with SKY) and comfortable sofas, and a kitchen with dining area.
Letizia Penthouse
The Letizia penthouse is located in the Villa Letizia Residence just a short distance from the beach in Recanati. The penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with WC and washbasin), a living room with kitchen and a large sea-view terrace furnished with armchairs, table and sofa.
Giulia A3
Giulia Apartment is located just a few metres from Recanati Beach and is the ideal choice for up to 4 adults. The bright, functional interiors include a double bedroom, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
The highlight of the apartment is its sea-view terrace, furnished for outdoor dining and complete with a barbecue and a laundry area with a washing machine, providing everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay by the sea.
Valeria A2
The Valeria apartment is one of the most spacious units in the residence, designed to comfortably accommodate up to five guests.
It features a bright double bedroom and a generous living area with both a double and a single sofa bed, offering flexibility and comfort for families or small groups.
The apartment opens onto a charming sea-view terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening moments overlooking the water.
Inside, the large living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven and microwave, creating a welcoming space to unwind and feel at home. A modern bathroom completes the layout.
