Overlooking the sea and located directly at the entrance to Recanati Beach, Giulia Apartment is the perfect choice for guests seeking a relaxing holiday in one of the quietest areas of Giardini Naxos, just a 15-minute walk from the seafront promenade and the tourist harbour.
Carefully renovated, the apartment was designed with one simple goal in mind: to make guests feel at home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the warm, functional interiors to the particularly well-equipped kitchen, ideal for those who enjoy cooking during their stay.
Measuring approximately 50 m², the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a double bedroom, a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
To ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, both the living area and the bedroom are air-conditioned. The bedroom also features a ceiling fan, offering a pleasant natural breeze during the warmer months.
Sea-View Terrace
The heart of the apartment is its private sea-view terrace, an inviting outdoor space to enjoy at any time of day.
Furnished with a table and chairs, it is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun, a leisurely lunch after the beach, or dinner with the sea breeze as your backdrop. The terrace also includes a convenient laundry area with a washing machine, especially useful for longer stays.

The free beach of Recanati is literally on your doorstep. Just step outside the residence and you’ll be on the sand within seconds. Thanks to its excellent location, you can leave the car behind for most of your holiday and easily walk to beach clubs, restaurants, cafés, bus stops, and all the main local amenities.

Located in one of the most convenient areas of Giardini Naxos, the apartment allows for easy movement on foot. Restaurants, bars and a seasonal supermarket are all close by, while a convenient bus stop about a 10-minute walk away connects Recanati to Isola Bella, Mazzarò and Taormina (also reachable by car in about 15 minutes), making it easy to explore the area’s main attractions even without your own vehicle.

Access to the apartment is via self check-in, giving you maximum flexibility and independence. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions on how to access the property. Access codes are changed after every stay to ensure your security and privacy.

Minimum stay: 4 nights
Shared Areas
The stairways and common areas of the residence are shared with other guests. We kindly ask you not to leave bulky items in the hallways or shared spaces, helping us ensure comfort and safety for everyone.
Cancellation Policy & Payments
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation
- 30 to 14 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
- Within 14 days of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% cancellation fee
A 20% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card within 24 hours of check-in.

Discounts are available for stays of 7 nights or longer. When you proceed with your booking, the discount will be applied automatically at the time the deposit payment is made.
