The apartment
The Valeria flat is one of the most spacious of the residence and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The flat has a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a small terrace overlooking the sea with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining and a second terrace where you’ll find a washing machine and a barbecue.
The flat is located in the Residence Villa Marina a few meters from the free beach access of Recanati and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, open during the summer season, and the bus stop.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is after 15:00 hours.
Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
The entrance to the flat is by self check-in with key box. You will receive instructions by email after your booking a few days before your arrival.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the confirmed reservation or no-show of the Guest, the following penalties shall apply:
- In case of cancellation of reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival at the facility, no penalty will be charged;
- In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival a 20% (deposito) penalty will be applied;
- In case of cancellation of the reservation in the 14 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation will be applied.
Rules for your stay
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you can smoke on the terraces.
- The house rules do not allow drying beach towels on the balconies. You will be provided with a drying rack on the terrace, please use it.
- Please avoid making noise from 2pm to 4pm.
