With generous, well-organised spaces, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is laid out for maximum functionality: a double bedroom, a bright living room with a double sofa bed and a single armchair bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The interior spaces are designed for practicality and livability, with a welcoming living area to relax in after a day at the beach.

Restaurants, bars and a seasonal supermarket are all close by, while a convenient bus stop about a 10-minute walk away connects Recanati to Isola Bella, Mazzarò and Taormina (also reachable by car in about 15 minutes), making it easy to explore the area’s main attractions even without your own vehicle.

Access to the apartment is via self check-in, giving you maximum flexibility and independence. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions on how to access the property. Access codes are changed after every stay to ensure your security and privacy.

Shared Areas
The stairways and common areas of the residence are shared with other guests. We kindly ask you not to leave bulky items in the hallways or shared spaces, helping us ensure comfort and safety for everyone.
Cancellation Policy & Payments
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation
- 30 to 14 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
- Within 14 days of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% cancellation fee
A 20% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card within 24 hours of check-in.
