The apartment
The Letizia penthouse is located in the Villa Letizia Residence on the beach of Recanati just 15 meters from the sea.
It is the ideal place for your vacation if you want to live your vacations by the sea but staying close to Taormina that you can reach in about 2o minutes.
The penthouse consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen, a large sea view terrace furnished for you to also enjoy the outdoors with table and armchairs.
The penthouse is equipped with all amenities; satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fan, towels, sheets, and outdoor bbq.

Check-out is by 10 a.m.
Minimum stay is 4 nights
Entry to the apartment is by self-check-in with key box. You will receive instructions by email following your reservation a few days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the confirmed reservation or no-show of the Guest, the following penalties shall apply:
- In case of cancellation of reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival at the facility, no penalty will be charged;
- In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival a 20% (deposito) penalty will be applied;
- In case of cancellation of the reservation in the 14 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation will be applied.
Rules for your stay
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you can smoke on the terraces.
- The house rules do not allow drying beach towels on the balconies. You will be provided with a drying rack on the terrace, please use it.
- Please avoid making noise from 2pm to 4pm.
