The apartment
The Giulia apartment is ideal for couples or families with 1 or 2 children.
The apartment is located a few meters from the access to the public beach of Recanti and offers a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a sea-view terrace equipped with table and chairs for eating outside.
In the apartment you will find a washing machine, oven and microwave oven, fully equipped kitchen, a television, and an outdoor bbq. The apartment has air conditioning and wi-fi.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is after 15:00 hours.
Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
The entrance to the flat is by self check-in with key box. You will receive instructions by email after your booking a few days before your arrival.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the confirmed reservation or no-show of the Guest, the following penalties shall apply:
- In case of cancellation of reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival at the facility, no penalty will be charged;
- In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival a 20% (deposito) penalty will be applied;
- In case of cancellation of the reservation in the 14 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation will be applied.
Rules for your stay
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you can smoke on the terraces.
- The house rules do not allow drying beach towels on the balconies. You will be provided with a drying rack on the terrace, please use it.
- Please avoid making noise from 2pm to 4pm.
